Well-Feeling at Glovo
At Glovo, our aim is to provide our employees with the jobs of their lives. It is therefore of importance to us that our employees are feeling well; mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. On may 18th we celebrate Well-Feeling Day; we take a moment to reflect on all that we have been doing to work on our well-being, the importance of doing so, and the areas in which we can improve as individuals and as a company.
Well-feeling at Glovo
At Glovo, we consciously choose to spend a lot of time on our employees’ well-being, something that not all companies do. However, in order for us to be able to provide our employees with the jobs of their lives, we believe it is our duty to make sure that all employees feel safe, respected, supported and represented. By means of various policies, communities, and support tools, we aim to uplift our employees’ well-being in as many ways as possible. Some of the initiatives that we have been put in place are our Specialized Treatment Policy, our IFeel platform, and our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
We have implemented several policies that stimulate a healthy work-life balance, such as our flexible time off, paid leave policies, and no-meeting times on Wednesdays. With our Specialized Treatment Policy, we aim to cover the needs of our employees or employees’ family members in terms of specialized treatment needs.

IFeel is a well-feeling platform that is free to use for all Glovo employees, which covers the full spectrum of emotional well-feeling needs.
It allows employees to track daily emotions and routines, to ask for advice or assistance, and to look up well-feeling related information in one place. The aim of the platform is to create a safe and private space to freely discuss personal and delicate issues and to be able to receive 24/7 emotional support, without having to schedule a session.
Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are communities inside our company that have been set up with the aim of making each and every individual at Glovo feel safe, welcome, and represented. Each ERG is a community in itself with separate slack channels, events organized throughout the year, and resources available. Every employee can choose to participate in events or happenings organized by the ERGs.
To this day, we have four ERGs at Glovo:
1) Uniqorns – Uniqorns’ mission is to make everyone in the LGBTIQ+ community at Glovo feel welcome, safe, authentic and valued, as well as to strengthen inclusion by raising awareness globally.
2) Colours of Glovo – Colours of Glovo strives to become a force of change towards the mosaic of race, culture and ethnicity within our community by fostering a safe and inclusive space as well as providing the adequate resources and tools to empower underrepresented communities.
3) GloW – GloW provides resources and facilitates initiatives to help further develop talent and career opportunities, resulting in Glovo being a world leading startup for women to work at.
4) Abilities at Glovo – Our most recently launched ERG, Abilities at Glovo was created to make Glovo more accessible to everyone by promoting disability awareness and by leading initiatives to tackle the accessibility issues.
Each and every single employee is unique, and we celebrate that! No matter your interests, from cooking to reading to playing padel, at Glovo we have clubs for everyone. Our clubs each have a dedicated Slack channel which enables our employees to connect with like-minded people, exchange ideas and resources, learn from each other, and have fun! Remember, good vibes is one of our core values, which means that it is important to sometimes disconnect from work, and focus on our hobbies and interests.
Well-Feeling is an important topic of conversation and is being taken seriously at Glovo. Besides the aforementioned initiatives, we are working hard every day to provide our employees with policies, actions, communities and clubs to make sure that each and every single employee feels welcome and represented at Glovo.
