YOUR MISSION
At Glovo, our mission is to revolutionize the shopping experience for millions. We strive to provide easy access to anything within cities and to achieve this, we need a strategic, analytical, and results-driven individual to advance our QCommerce business. We are seeking a talented and ambitious Strategic Partnerships Process Lead to join our Q-commerce team and drive our partners' growth. THE JOURNEY
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Design, implement, and manage scalable processes to drive efficiency and streamline strategic Partners’ onboardings. Deeply understand all the relevant Groceries processes (such as integrations, catalog…) and support the teams in integrating them better with Salesforce processes, constantly looking for efficiencies;
- Performance Management: Collaborate with QC leadership on target-setting, and performance tracking. Develop and implement tracking methodologies, that are Salesforce-based;
- Migration lead: coordinate the Salesforce Migration of Q-Commerce, by managing Glovo and DH product stakeholders and collecting and structuring information, guaranteeing our data reliability;
- Training and enablement: build documentation enabling our Regional/Local teams to work better with Salesforce. Support Regional and Local team training for acquisition, content management, and financial topics. Be the guardian of our processes, by constantly reviewing the adherence of our teams to them. Manage our Salesforce accesses and lines of approvals;
- Cross-functional collaboration: Acts as an interface for the DH Salesforce teams, guaranteeing their understanding of Glovo's needs and the prioritization of Salesforce developments. Work closely with other HQ and local teams to align on new initiatives and drive process improvements;
- Project Management: Implement new processes from scratch, such as designing new Salesforce processes that support the implementation of a solid Ads strategy for QC.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Minimum 5 years of total experience in strategic or processes role
- Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry is a significant plus
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving with strategy and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder managment
- Autonomous and self-motivated who can work in a highly demanding environment
- Data-driven mentality and a result-oriented mindset
- Experience with Salesforce
- Full proficiency in English is a must
