YOUR MISSION: You will manage key Partner relationships, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence through strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
THE RIDE:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through consistent and proactive communication.
- Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
- Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization. Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing and Operations—to develop and implement strategies that drive consistent, month-over-month business growth ensuring we collectively deliver the best experience for Glovo users..
- Work closely with stakeholders in internal teams to solve problems and ensure that feedback from our Partners is effectively utilized to enhance our product, marketing, and operations.
- Use data-driven decision-making to assess initiative performance, ensuring you prioritize those with the highest return on investment effectively.
- Handle regular business reviews meetings with restaurant Partners, presenting data and insights in a compelling way.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultant. Ideally, manage senior level relationships and be motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution having a proven track record of exceeding metrics-based business goals.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is highly valued.
- You are proactive and hands-on, eager to engage in both strategic planning and tactical execution to drive results.
- You're great at breaking down complex problems and turning them into practical, lasting solutions—balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution—while staying deeply attuned to customer needs to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes..
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of organization, consistently delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
