YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Product Manager for Fintech Growth, you will lead the team behind Glovo Wallet, Digitisation and Glovo Card products. Leveraging world-class scalable technologies and partnerships, you will be building customer-facing products driving customer retention, engagement and trust, while being closely aligned with your business counterparts and our Fintech Performance product team. 

Leveraging your expertise in product management, data analysis and customer behaviour, as well as an extraordinary experimentation and optimisation mindset, you will play a key role in driving long-term value for our customers and Glovo.

This role requires a highly empathetic and collaborative product manager with a proven track record of collaboration with engineering, data and business teams, and ideally with a strong background in customer-facing fintech apps at a global scale.

THE JOURNEY

  • Drive the product vision & roadmap, monitor and measure the success of the features your team builds while working with a cross-functional team of Engineering, Data, UX and Business to bring the best from everyone to the final product 
  • Set goals aligned with cluster and company OKRs
  • Own planning and end-to-end execution of initiatives for Fintech Growth
  • Build investment cases for your product in collaboration with product leadership
  • Have a lot of opportunities to grow, given the pace of Glovo
  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Experiment, innovate, iterate and learn
  • Ship quality product increments fast and often

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Passion to use technology to solve complicated problems that will improve people’s lives and drive large-scale business impact
  • 5+ years delivering highly successful and innovative consumer-facing products
  • Relevant fintech domain experience, e.g. payments, card issuing and wallets
  • Proven track record of working for an app-first or app-centric organization in the past
  • Proven track record of making an impact through experimentation
  • Computer science / data university degree or working experience
  • Technical background or solid know-how—you have a good understanding of how software is made and how it works
  • Superb communication— Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
  • Leadership - you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track

  • You’re passionate about learning every day and sharing your knowledge and experience
