YOUR MISSION
The way we manage our company is built on the belief that by giving a WOW service to our clients, we will be able to change the delivery market. How are we doing it? By paying attention to all the details. Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivering their products as soon as possible. As a Partner Operations Lead, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners team. You will be directly responsible for improving Partners’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user UX.
THE JOURNEY
- Be the owner of the Partner Operations metrics, seeking continuous improvement in methodologies to optimize the operations of our partners (improve preparation times, reduce cancellations and decrease bad ratings)
- Perform analysis to come up with some insights to help identify worst performers and improve the preparation time and cancellations of our Partners
- Develop, maintain and strengthen relations with Top Partners on the field
- Bring important insights from the local operations and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient
- Bring innovation to and assist in the implementation of successful processes and automation opportunities
- Work closely with the Partner Content team, to ensure quality of onboarding for our new Partners, by making sure we provide them all the necessary tools and information to start working
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved, such as the Commercial, Finance and the Content Departments to give our Partners the best support
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in high demanding roles or analytical positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, logistics, six sigma, analytics, strategy, etc.)
- You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, result oriented
- Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
- A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Proficiency in Armenian or Russian, and English written and oral
