YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Global Brand Manager to lead a high-performing team of four Global Brand Specialists within Glovo’s Brand Ads team. In this role, you will lead the relationship with one of our most strategic CPG partners at global level, while managing and developing the team responsible for scaling Joint Business Plans across 25+ markets with leading FMCG brands.
You’ll be at the center of shaping how global brands grow their visibility and sales through Glovo, aligning internal and external stakeholders around clear goals and impactful plans.
This is a unique opportunity to combine people leadership, client management and business strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
THE JOURNEY
- Lead a team of Global Brand Specialists, coaching them to drive strong relationships, performance, and growth across their assigned accounts.
- Own the global relationship with one of Glovo’s top strategic brand partners, working directly with senior client stakeholders to define joint ambitions and long-term growth plans.
- Set clear priorities, structure, and best practices across the team to scale Joint Business Plans in a consistent, impactful way.
- Coordinate with local Glovo commercial and marketing teams across 25+ countries to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with key areas like Q-Commerce, Food, CRM, Legal and Product to unlock opportunities and solve challenges for your team and clients.
- Provide strategic insights and direction to clients, surfacing opportunities for incremental growth, investment, and innovation.
- Monitor key KPIs and ensure performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Champion collaboration, feedback, and innovation, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
- 6–8+ years of experience in FMCG, retail media, media agencies, or high-growth digital environments.
- Proven experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional client management skills, with experience handling global or regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, define processes, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
- Empathetic, inclusive leadership style, with a desire to develop people and grow together.
