YOUR MISSION

You'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our courier operations across Italy. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll work at the intersection of data analysis, fraud prevention, and courier experience, building the processes and insights that keep our platform safe, efficient, and human.

THE JOURNEY

  • 📊 Analyze operational data and build dashboards that give real-time visibility on courier compliance and performance KPIs.
  • 🔍 Run audits and monitor courier behavior to flag potential issues and prevent fraud or platform misuse.
  • 🤝 Be a point of contact for Glovers, supporting them on topics like app functionality, payments, and compliance-related matters.
  • 🧠 Collaborate with multiple teams to improve processes and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • 🎯 Own and manage reporting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) for all key compliance and courier support processes.
  • 💡 Think beyond the basics: bring creative ideas to the table that can become game-changing improvements for courier experience and operational excellence.
  • 🌱 Combine daily execution with a strategic, long-term view — you’re here to build, not just maintain.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A strong academic background in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar).
  • At least 1 years of experience in high-demand roles (consulting, ops, tech, finance, investment banking, etc.).
  • Proactive, autonomous, and driven — you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and data — digging into root causes is your thing.
  • You’re empathetic, inclusive, and hands-on: you understand both systems and people.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills, and confident working with data sets to extract insights and build reports.
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
