The Workday Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related matters, managing Jira requests, resolving system incidents, and ensuring seamless collaboration between DH Central and Glovo while maintaining data integrity and optimizing system functionality.
THE JOURNEY
- Act as the primary owner and point of contact for Jira requests related to Workday, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve Workday incidents, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
- Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
- Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
- Work closely with the People Team to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.Provide training and support to end-users as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Proven experience working with Workday in a functional or technical capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience managing Jira requests and working within an agile framework.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus.
