YOUR MISSION

From the Brands Ads department we are looking for a hands-on and passionate profile that could lead multiple core projects and initiatives for the success of our department. We are building the present and future of the retail media in +20 markets and we seek for someone with experience in both advertising and making things happen. 

We collaborate with +100 brands ads-sales colleagues in developing local advertising strategies and you will play a major role in making their lives easier by pushing to make projects and initiatives a reality, with an eye for strategic vision. Your hands-on attitude will enable you to build a trusting relationship with them! 

THE JOURNEY

Your time will be distributed (but not limited!) into 3 main core responsibilities detailed below: 

Sales-Product Alignment Coordination

    • Understand and translate the requirements of the local sales team into Product/Data requests to keep an updated roadmap that reflects the business needs
    • Collaborate with the Product team to establish priorities based on the size of opportunities and required effort
    • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders regarding progress on key initiatives
    • Ensure process for reporting product/tech bugs from commercial teams 

Lead and conduct Go-To-Market of new product developments 

    • Coordinating timelines and setting processes with Product, Tech, and local Sales teams
    • Coordinating communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of timelines and planning
    • Creating training materials and documentation as a repository for questions
    • Ensuring smooth transition and adoption between systems by defining KPIs to be monitored pre and post-migration

Stakeholder Communication and Training Program

    • Design and implement a comprehensive and easily accessible knowledge base  (KB). The KB resource should serve as a central repository for all commercial local teams, providing them with up-to-date information on playbooks, how-to guides, and best practices.
    • Develop and execute a clear and concise communication strategy to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the knowledge base and other relevant initiatives. This strategy should include regular updates, newsletters, and other forms of communication.
    • Organize and facilitate recurring training sessions to educate commercial local teams on the latest product updates, Looker reports and tools, and commercial/pitching strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or Advertising
  • 5-8 years of professional work experience on Business or Product departments with Project Management ownership 
  • 2-3 years of experience in Advertising or experience in digital product development industry preferably.Experience working on FMCG/CPG in a plus
  • Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgments when necessary
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in managing end-to-end projects with relevant stakeholder management. 
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
  • (Nice to have) Demonstrated proficiency in working with clean & optimized SQL and python, querying mid to large volumes of data.
