YOUR MISSION

As a People Generalist at Glovo, you will have a real impact on local HR reality. You'll help shape a high-energy, fast-paced environment where we’re passionate about bringing the best people on board, supporting their growth, and ensuring a positive, vibrant workplace. From onboarding to performance management, you’ll be the go-to person for creating an awesome experience for everyone in the team. THE JOURNEY

  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor, offering expert guidance on hiring, employment laws, HR policies, compensation, and more.
  • Design and implement employment guidelines while aligning global People processes with the specific needs of your teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and EU legislation.
  • Help the business identify training needs, implement learning and development initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous growth.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention by supporting activities that keep our teams motivated and satisfied.
  • Be the go-to person for all People-related queries, providing clear guidance on policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Support with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • ~2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment; 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Labor Law, Law, Business Administration or related fields; 
  • Comfortable with Excel or Googlesheets; 
  • Experience in analyzing HR data, spotting trends, and turning that info into actionable insights would be a big plus; 
  • Proactive and solution-focused – you’re always thinking ahead and stay openminded; 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities; 
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and suggest improvements, while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor; 
  • A solid understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws is a strong plus; 
  • Fluent English and Polish
