YOUR MISSION

Manage and coordinate the Long Tail Growth Team to guarantee that the target result is achieved in a short, middle and long term. The main objective is to grow Long Tail partners orders through ads investment that will generate the increase in revenue in the middle and long term. You'll have the mission to build and manage an AM dream team, continuously training and improving them to reach ambitious goals in a hyper-growing tech company. 

THE JOURNEY

  • Be responsible for Long Tail existing partners. Responsible for designing, planning and controlling the  Long Tail growth strategy for the country, working to get an increase in net sales, market share and net-new revenue.
  • Be an expert in building and managing an AM Dream Team, continuous training and improving their performance. Having a clear development path with clear goals and actions to follow. Hire and onboard the new SE ensuring they understand and apply the Glovo AM ways of working.
  • Establish goals for the team and evaluate their performance. Handle performance and develop talent to ensure the team is engaged and we retain them.
  • Ensure that Long Tail existing partners are out of risk of churning by establishing operational processes and commercial actions with the aim of generating orders. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ commercial teams, ensuring the effective rollout of global best practices. Additionally, provide feedback and influence HQ roadmaps.
  • Lead and manage the Long Tail Growth Team, ensuring short, mid, and long-term success in increasing partner orders through strategic ad investments.
  • Design, plan, and execute the Long Tail growth strategy for the country, driving orders, market share, and net-new revenue.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Account Management dream team, continuously training and improving their skills to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Establish clear goals and performance metrics, ensuring accountability and fostering talent retention.
  • Prevent churn by implementing operational processes and commercial actions that drive consistent order growth.
  • Act as the primary link with HQ, ensuring local execution of global best practices and influencing commercial strategies with market insights.
  • Analyze complex data, extracting key insights to drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Optimize internal processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Make high-impact decisions autonomously, driving growth and retention for Long Tail partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Strategy or Business Consultancy.
  • Excellent Spanish and English skills.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive key insights. 
  • Experience in process management and optimization, improving efficiency and team productivity.
  • A strategic approach, capable of defining and executing clear growth strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams up to 21 FTE
  • A high level of autonomy, making strategic decisions that impact business growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating across local and HQ teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
