YOUR MISSION

As part of the Regional Supply Ops team, you will be responsible for helping build the bridge between the Global Riders strategy and the Local execution. We are looking for someone to connect, understand and push forward solutions to improve the pain points we face in each market of the region in order to win the market.
You will be accountable for the results on each of our main KPIs, and will work together alongside Global and Local stakeholders to design and execute the action plan required in order to bring our Operations to the next level, based in our HQ office, at times traveling for limited periods of time to be closer to our Teams & Operations.
We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop.

THE JOURNEY

  • Travel across the countries in the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ECA): Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia and Ukraine (optional). Understand each country's operational challenges in order to adapt the strategy and maximize the results
  • Be responsible for Supply Operations levers, including courier compensation and incentives management, supply and demand balance, delivery times optimization, courier positioning and zoning, implementing logistics features on regional level and many more from data perspective: providing deep analytics, creating dashboards, automations and data simulations
  • Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries
  • Use  your data visualization skills, in order to support delivered messages in the most efficient way
  • Have a blank page for you to create! We don't stick to a single playbook, and we expect you to build your own as the business and market evolves
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Glover lifecycle through out-of-the-box thinking

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering or any business or technological domain
  • Passion about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Project management skills: achieve goals within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Stakeholder management skills: align expectations, address concerns, and ensure project success
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must
  • SQL proficiency is a must
  • Python knowledge (good to have, but not required)

  • Proactive approach, great organisation skills and obsession with details
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
