YOUR MISSION: You will drive growth and operational excellence for top brands, stores, and restaurants by leveraging data insights, optimizing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance partnerships
THE RIDE:
- Build strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and executives, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their business and driving value through strategic planning — owning the development of annual and long-term business plans that align partner goals with Glovo’s growth objectives.
- You will lead high-level negotiations across all critical levers — from commissions and profit margins to marketing support and operational execution — securing partnerships with top chains that balance partner needs with Glovo’s strategic goals.
- Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization. Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
- Implement operational improvements with your partners to ensure we collectively deliver the best experience for Glovo users. Evaluate and follow up on your portfolio's KPIs periodically.
- Work closely with stakeholders in internal teams to solve problems and ensure that feedback from our partners is effectively utilized to enhance our product, marketing, and operations.
- Leverage data to guide all strategic and operational decisions, ensuring that every action is backed by actionable insights. Consistently prioritize data-driven approaches to drive smarter decisions that enhance partner performance, optimize processes, and deliver stronger business outcomes.
- Keep up with industry trends, market dynamics, and product innovations to provide impactful and relevant solutions for clients, positioning our product suite as their top choice.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consulting. Ideally, manage senior-level relationships, motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding metrics-based business goals.
- Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is highly valued
- You are proactive and hands-on, eager to engage in both strategic planning and tactical execution to drive results.
- Strong ability to break down complex issues, identify key insights, and derive actionable solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of organization, consistently delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Arabic, French, and English.
