YOUR MISSION

Glovo is growing and expanding to new markets, that's why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lawyer who will work directly with the Director of Commercial, Antitrust and Corporate of the company on managing the day to day implications in the business.

THE JOURNEY

  • Report to the Director of Commercial, Antitrust and Corporate in the day-to-day legal implications of the company and communicate about local needs and challenges.
  • Manage corporate operations such as M&As, divestments, shareholders relationships, Board of Directors and GSM.
  • Ensure Group policies on Corporate Governance are implemented globally; Elaborate global reports and presentations. 
  • Provide support to local subsidiaries in corporate governance matters (PoAs, amendment of by-laws, appointment/deregistration of directors, intercompany agreements, KYC requirements/UBO)
  • Lead the reporting and the implications when dealing with all the players involved in the business
  • Support to the finance team in the financial statements, capitalisations and asset imbalance
  • Manage litigations of Spanish subsidiaries; Necessary contingencies and provisions.
  • Get your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 5 years' experience and at least 3 years’ in a reputed law firm/big4 with proven experience in M&A and corporate and secretary management
  • Advanced English. Knowledge of other languages are a plus
  • Interest in amplifying scope and collaborating on litigation matters. Knowledge of other fields of law is a plus. 
  • Master in international commercial law is a plus
  • Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies

  • International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
