THE JOURNEY

  • Advertising performance:
    • Measure the effectiveness of the implemented commercial initiatives and establish KPIs to assess their performance (e.g., fill-rates, budget exhaustion rates) 
    • Design new KPIs to measure advertising campaigns success (ie. ROAS, New To Brand, Sales Uplift,)
    • Build data processing pipelines to make data available in Looker Dashboards for Commercial team
    • To deliver ad-hoc actionable insights and strategic initiatives to solve critical challenges in each market.
  • Audience monetization:
    • To use first-party data to build custom user segments that deliver value for advertiser and combine shopping behaviour and category data to enlarge audience capabilities creation
    • Create segmentation criteria for our 1P data to make it relevant and useful for Advertisers
    • Build API integrations with different Ads buying platforms (e.g.: DV360, TTD, CDPs)
  • Sales performance:
    • Make local teams' life easier by setting up and supporting centralized dashboards with FMCGs Sales,  and performance data.
    • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation on how local teams consume data and share it with brands to unlock new opportunities.
    • Apply various advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques and analyses (experimentation, machine learning, causal inference, etc.) to solve for product and business problems that drive the highest impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience  on analytics in a similar/relevant industry experience in a data analytics role, preferably in advertising  facing teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with clean & optimized SQL and python, querying mid to large volumes of data.
  • A higher education in scientific discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital product development
  • Understanding of A/B test principles, to design, conduct and analyze different experiments.
  • Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with popular tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products (A/B test, multivariate, etc)
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience working on FMCG/CPG in Analytics is a Plus.
