YOUR MISSION
Q-Commerce is a new business unit inside Glovo which includes all types of Supermarkets, to Pharmacies and Shops such as electronics, pharmacies, beauty, flowers, toys, video games...
We are currently building a strong local team in order to re-invent how consumers buy retail, making it more convenient and easy than ever before.
THE JOURNEY
- Take ownership of seasonal events on the platform, planning and executing strategies to maximize relevant content and customer engagement during the event period.
- Define the partner’s assortment strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement in listings and Conversion Rate, and implementing them.
- Engage with regional and local teams to implement the global strategy.
- Guide category managers to ensure they effectively meet business objectives and manage key initiatives.
- Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs.
- Provide new partners with instructions for creating assortment files and assist in their optimization
- Ensure partners' smooth platform transition with clear instructions, assortment categorization, and file training
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 2-3 years experience in Category Management, Retail/Grocery sector or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, willing to test and solve data-based problems.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up at a fast pace.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth, and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Fluent in English and Georgian
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
