We are looking for a world-class senior analyst to become part of our Fintech Performance team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Drive payment strategy, payment performance and payment commercial relationship for key Glovo countries.
  • Define, track, analyze, and own payments related performance and UX metrics. You’ll be hands on discovering metrics, creating and maintaining any reports needed.
  • Monitor payment performance for users, responding to alerts of degradation, triaging and investigating the cause, and communicating your findings to the product team, banking & financial partners, and card networks. 
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, performing deep-dive analysis, providing insights and proposing data-driven strategies.
  • Drive clarity and solve ambiguity in some of Glovo’s most complex topics by using data-driven approaches, communicating and simplifying concepts according to the audience's needs.
  • Own and contribute to international projects impacting our more than 20+ markets across Europe, Asia and Africa.

You have:

  • 3+ years of work experience in consulting, fintech or a leading tech company/start-up in analytical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Business, Stats or a related STEM Quantitative field.
  • Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
  • Good stakeholder-management skills, and experience leading projects.
  • Experience leading analyses and turning insights into actions.
  • SQL proficiency; working knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Fundamental understanding of ML and base statistics.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools
  • Proficiency in English
  • Payment experience is a plus.
