YOUR MISSION
As an Account Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in the Glovo Account management team in the Long Tail Segment. You will be directly responsible for impacting our partners to make them grow, sell assets and improve user UX.
THE JOURNEY
- Draw and execute plans, making partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports of portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach goals and company/team objectives.
- Strong business acumen and know how to negotiate big marketing campaigns with food partners.
- Problem solving attitude with fast thinking decision making.
- Developed communication and commercial skills.
- Get feedback from our stores and translate it into process improvements
- Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
- Contact >20 Partners / day to help them improve their presence on the App
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Cold Calling is required at times
- Work closely with all the departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Availability for 6 months full-time internship with the possibility of extending it to 1 year
- Work experience in a sales or marketing field it’s a plus but not mandatory (however a natural Commercial profile is)
- Strong Communication skills
- High level of resilience and some data-driven skills
- Good skills in MS Office, Looker and Salesforce is a plus
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
- Immediate availability is a plus
