YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the CMO and based in Barcelona, you will own and lead the Brand strategy for Glovo globally, including all the commercial communication strategy, the design system and the consumer and market research stack, leading a team of >20 comms, research and design specialists.

THE JOURNEY

  • Define the global marketing comms strategy and lead the development of a continuous pipeline of global and regional offline and online advertising campaigns for 20+ markets
  • Design an implement a Global Consumer Research stack, leverage quantitative and qualitative research to understand key consumer needs, measure awareness and key brand attributes, test and validate advertising initiatives and generate valuable insights to the business
  • Define a strong internal design system and continuously aim for ways to optimise and automate key tasks to keep innovating and bringing best in class digital assets
  • Be the guardian of Glovo's brand consistency across all media touch points, defining the key brand distinctive assets
  • Develop and maintain the global Brand guidelines and processes to manage an effective localisation of all advertising campaigns and assets to 20+ markets
  • Collaborate daily with local teams and key global stakeholders like Performance Marketing, CRM and pricing.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Experience in brand management, ideally gained in the FMCG industry
  • Passion for consumer understanding and advertising development
  • Proven experience leading end to end development (from comms brief to production) of offline and online advertising campaigns
  • Strong consumer understanding skills, proven experience with quantitative and qualitative market research techniques
  • Strong understanding of media landscape and key offline and online channels
  • Solid leadership skills. You will be leading 20+ professionals from different crafts and seniority levels
  • Outstanding planning and project management skills, high attention to detail.
