YOUR MISSION

The way we manage our company is built on the belief that, by giving a WOW service to our partners, we will be able to change the on-demand delivery market. How are we doing this? By paying attention to small details. Glovo is a hyper-local marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivers their products in less than 30 mins. As a Lead Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing the food business with top partners Italy.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working.
  • Be responsible for our Top partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM.
  • Tracking and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Lead partnership renegotiations to establish a strong working collaboration grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to present to partners and use as a source of operational improvements.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least, 3 years of experience in high-performance sales dealing with complex deals and senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong communication abilities with capacity to influence and drive change
  • Autonomy, proactivity and problem solving is a must!
  • Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills in assessing partner’s business data
  • Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
  • Business awareness and understanding of the food delivery industry trends is preferred
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
