Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Operations Specialist for the Top Accounts in the porfolio. 

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our Big Chains Account Managers and Top Account Coordinator - in order to manage all the operational aspects of Glovo’s Big Chains. THE JOURNEY

  • Be responsible for Top Accounts operational performances: track and analyze their metrics, follow up and build reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify worst offenders and define a strategic action plan to improve the main operational KPIs.
  • Manage the operational tasks of each assigned Big Chain through regular and impeccable communication with partners.
  • Be the main POC for operational support of the Big Chains responding to all enquiries within the same day, managing competing timelines and prioritizing critical tasks. Menu updates, invoicing review, operational analysis and rider issues will be part of your daily job.
  • Understand Big Chains’ needs in advance, advising them on how to get the highest performance and  ensuring operational excellence
  • Collect main Big Chains operational issues and escalate this to internal stakeholders (Partner Operations HQ, Product, Tech, Live Operations, etc).
  • Work alongside with all other teams involved in order to improve Big Chains’ operations, such as Supply Operations, Content Operations, Partner Support, Live Operations, Finance and Commercial.
  • Onboard new Big Chain stores on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working with us.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Google Docs and MS Office is mandatory
  • Previous experience in Account Management and/or Partner Service preferably in FMCG, digital platforms or on-demand delivery industry
  • University Degree in Economics, Business or Marketing
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace. 
  • Problem solver, data-driven with a strong analytical mindset
  • Proactive, flexible, organized and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is a must
  • Good communication and strong commercial skills

Nice to have: experience on using Salesforce, Looker and Asana
