THE JOURNEY

  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference
  • Be a part of a team that works with internal, external and user-facing products and services
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues
  • Working together with the enablement team to create and update training materials for users/groups
  • Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continue improve currently existing processes
  • Own your deliverables from start to finish
  • Deliver high-quality solutions
  • ​​Participate in high-level technical decisions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as Salesforce Administrator
  • Past experience writing documentation and Importing/Updating/Exporting large datasets using Salesforce DataLoader
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as: Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder
