Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager - Developer Happiness to join our Platform Engineering team. The role is responsible for planning and executing a variety of projects to support the concept of developer happiness throughout the company. Are you curious about new technologies and how they can be used to make Engineers more productive? Are you passionate about Engineers and helping them by giving them the best tools and support? Are you someone who cares about making your colleagues successful? If so we absolutely want to hear from you!

A TPM in Platform Engineering plays a key role in helping our Platform Engineers build easily consumable, scalable tools and services to make the day to day lives of all Glovo Engineers better. Our mission is to enable Glovo Engineers to move quickly, solve problems and have fun.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Give you the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your perspective to the table
  • Manage projects to help unlock Engineers potential
  • Assist Tech leadership on prioritizing, defining, measuring and communicating a backlog that maintains a relentless pursuit for helping Engineers
  • Experiment, innovate, iterate and learn

You have:

  • 2+ years of relevant product experience
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • A  passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology
  • Experience leading agile development projects; managing stakeholders and writing specifications.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
