Your work-life opportunity:

As a Talent Development Partner you will collaborate with a team of HR professionals to create and implement global talent programs. Work closely with HRBPs and managers to identify talent needs and solutions and be involbed in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Developing and executing talent development strategies for high-performing and top-talent employees.
  • Partnering with HRBPs and managers to identify opportunities for growth and development for their teams and to ensure talent development programs are aligned with business goals.
  • Managing and leading talent development programs.
  • Leading and managing the implementation of succession plans to prepare future leaders for key roles.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving talent development programs.
  • Identifying and developing retention strategies.
  • Conducting talent assessments to identify skill gaps and support the development of critical skills and competencies.
  • Collaborating with DIB and culture team to ensure talent development strategies are inclusive and equitable
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in talent management.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing talent mobility practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using HR data analytics tools to make informed decisions about talent management strategies
  • Experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with talent management software (Workday is a plus)
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
