YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you’ll work alongside UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering—all collaborating to drive cohesive, user-centered solutions.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape the user experience and visual language of our mobile app and website, translating design goals and product requirements into compelling, intuitive interfaces. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop engaging and effective user experiences, ensuring consistency and innovation. In our environment of trust, constructive feedback, and flexibility, you’ll also mentor junior designers, fostering collaboration and elevating design quality across the team. You will also contribute and effectively utilize our Design System.
THE JOURNEY
- Proactively build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (including Product Management, UX Research, UX Writing, Data Science, Ops) to identify, prioritize, plan and execute efficient and engaging user experiences with high-impact.
- Own and facilitate the entire design process from hypothesis to implementation and everything that entails, championing empathy for our users and letting their needs guide your solutions.
- Interpret and distill complex requirements and insights, facilitate collaborative workshops and use frameworks to produce multiple concepts and prototypes, testing them with our end users in order to fail fast and learn quickly
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role within a product-focussed environment, with significant experience in Lean UX and Agile methodologies.
- You are a passionate advocate for the user with a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative data, and how and when to use them.
- You are ego-free and people-focused, with a collaborative design mentality focused on meaningful outcomes.
- You take an iterative approach to everything you do, prioritizing speed over perfection.
- Facilitate the design process, set up frameworks, brainstorm initial design concepts and speak confidently to your own design work and reasoning.
- Strong understanding of user experience and interaction principles within the constraints of mobile devices, as well as across desktop environments.
- You are self-driven and strive for feedback and critique, seeking to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
- Solid skills with design tools, such as Figma and other prototyping tools.
- You’ve built and scaled hybrid component libraries across teams (i.e.: Design Systems).
It’s a must to have:
- A portfolio which demonstrates previous design experience, breadth and depth of design skills with case studies which illustrate challenges, methods, roles and outcomes.
- Experience working in Product organizations in fast-paced environments.
Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. We believe driven talent deserves:
- An enticing equity plan that lets you own a piece of the action.
- Top-notch private health insurance to keep you at your peak.
- Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!
- Cobee discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses or office-based nursery

- The freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year and personal days off.
