Your work-life opportunity:
As a team we are directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local restaurants and with bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform. As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will provide support to our Sales teams, bringing the best leads and insights form the market, optimizing research processes and helping bring our sales to the next level.
Be a part of a team where you will:

Help us to understand where we play. Be the bridge between our Partners Team and General Management in order to ensure the company strategy is met through pipeline management.

Prepare segmentation model of our potential partners with cooperation with other departments. Make sure that the sales team knows where to concentrate and where to put maximum effort.

Cooperate with external providers to take care about best potential lead sources. Create real competitive advantage thanks to fast and efficient gathering of new leads.

Manage and acquire the total addressable market in your country. You will be the owner of identifying all the leads in each city and own online and offline sources. We would love to see your creativity in identifying new sources of leads!

Own the pipeline. As the beginning of the funnel, your core responsibility is to build the optimum pipeline for our sales executives and ensure we have the best content in our app! This includes all the phases of the process, from reviewing the leads data to delivering them to sales executives.

Be a role model in Salesforce Data Quality. You will become the owner of our salesforce database quality. This implies managing duplicates and assigning each account (lead, partner, etc.) to its real state. Keep our Salesforce organized ensuring all restaurants have the correct hierarchy information.
You have:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related field

Fluency in English and Polish are a must

Local market knowledge is a plus

Proven analytical skills

Good business sense and understanding

Strategic thinking skills

Ability to bridge analytical and communication skills for added-value impact

Familiarity with sales processes and tools

High level of organization and responsibility

Salesforce knowledge is a plus

Previous experience in sales, lead generation, content analysis or in project management is a plus
