YOUR MISSION
Build and develop the best customer experience for our food partners, enhance our product image coverage and quality as images significantly impact the customer’s decision to order, which items to order, and basket size.
THE JOURNEY
- Analyze and optimize Partner Visibility metrics specific to the Italian market, driving continuous improvement in partner performance, including customer ratings, products with high quality images, conversion rate.
- Execute projects with global team to ensure alignment with company objectives while considering local nuances and challenges.
- Collect and analyze data from the Italian market to provide insights and reports, helping to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team, sharing knowledge and insights specific to Italian markets to drive collective growth and development.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions and solving complex problems.
- Highly organized, responsible and self-motivated.
- Willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate operational guidelines and procedures to local team.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to spot inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with a fast pace.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related field.
- Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets required.
- SQL is a plus.
