THE MISSION

As Brand Ads Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for deepening relationships with brand partners and growing Glovo’s advertising revenue by driving always-on campaign strategies that convert visibility into measurable business impact. You’ll be the strategic and operational owner of this vertical — steering growth, optimizing performance, and elevating our partners’ presence within the Glovo ecosystem.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own the strategy and execution of the Ads business with brands in your market, maximizing media revenue and long-term partnership value.
  • Lead and develop a team of Brand Ads Associates, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key advertisers, ensuring recurring investment and co-developing joint business plans that drive mutual growth.
  • Use data to demonstrate the impact of brand campaigns — translating GMV into ROAS and using campaign performance to unlock incremental budgets.
  • Shape the vision for always-on campaign execution — optimizing across visibility, placements, seasonality, and targeting tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Glovo’s commercial, tech, and central Ads teams to bring innovation and scale to brand solutions.
  • Act as a thought partner for brands, advising on retail media strategy and helping them maximize their full potential inside Glovo’s app and channels.

  • 4+ years of professional experience in the field.
  • Proven track record of team leadership — setting performance standards, motivating direct reports, and fostering a high-output environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen — the ability to translate GMV into media value, pitch bundled solutions, and handle objections.
  • Comfortable with campaign analytics, forecasting, and revenue planning.
