YOUR MISSION

Glovo is seeking an experienced SEM Specialist to scale and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Glovo’s global markets, delivering efficient, high-intent customer acquisition. You will focus on generating measurable business outcomes by optimising paid media campaigns, improving conversion performance across Google Search and Apple Search Ads (ASA), and overseeing media efficiency planning across multiple channels.

  • Own the Map: You’re the "Main Character" for growth in one of our key regions (Africa, Eastern Europe, Balkans, or South-West Europe). You won’t just follow a playbook; you’ll write, optimise, and scale it.
  • The SEM Whisperer: You know Paid Search channels like the back of your hand. From the first "Install" to "we miss you" reactivation pushes, you’re the one making the magic happen.
  • Join the Marketing Collective: You’ll jam with a high-octane crew of analysts and pros across Paid Social and App campaigns. It’s a space where shared expertise drives collective growth.
  • Scoreboard Ownership: You own your KPIs. You’re not just hitting targets; you’re analysing the "why" behind the numbers. We value transparency—when things don't go as planned, you’re the first to identify the lesson, course-correct, and use those insights to build a stronger strategy.
  • Obsessive Optimisation: You live for the A/B test, the tiny tweak, and the data-driven pivot that turns a good campaign into a powerhouse.
  • The Strategic Collaborator: You don't work in a silo. You proactively partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams, while leveraging the deep expertise of our tech wizards in Analytics, Web, BI, and Martech. You inform their roadmaps, ask the right questions, and leverage their support to turn technical infrastructure into business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • The Track Record: 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically Paid Search within tech companies or fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimise acquisition funnels, and maximise ROAS.
  • Technical Toolkit: Deep experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, scripts, and rule-based automation workflows.
  • Data Fluency: Mastery of Excel and Looker to develop performance analyses and forecasts. (SQL queries are a major plus!)
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience managing large-scale campaigns and collaborating across diverse, multi-functional teams.
  • The Glovo Mindset:  Motivated by taking full ownership of multiple projects.
    • Inclined toward action and always thinking about the next best step.
    • A constant seeker of opportunities to improve existing processes or introduce new ones.
    • Willing to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.

  • Communication: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
