YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a highly motivated Revenue manager to own the go-to-market strategy and product operations for our Ads and Promotions stack across 22+ markets in Europe, Central Asia, and Africa.

This is a hybrid role—bridging product, commercial, and analytics—with high impact on our top-line growth. It requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to transform business insights into product needs, drive the agenda with our product and commercial teams.  You will lead rollouts, define enablement strategies, and shape how we package and scale monetisation tools across countries. You’ll manage a small but growing team, including a Sr Analyst focused on Partner Promotions, an Ads Specialist, and an intern.

You’ll report to the Head of Partner Monetisation under the VP of Ops, Commercial & Brands organisation. 

THE JOURNEY

  • Product Operations: Lead operational rollouts and testing plans for AdTech and Partner Promotions, ensuring smooth delivery and revenue optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage closely with local market teams to gather feedback, align on priorities, and ensure local relevance in the product roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with both front-end and back-end product teams to align revenue goals with user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Product Strategy: Own the business agenda for partner-facing tools, driving product adoption and promotional impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a small team—directly and indirectly—across HQ and local teams to execute key projects and initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the main escalation point for business and tech issues, juggling priorities in a high-speed, high-impact environment.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, using insights to shape roadmap inputs and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Product, or Go-To-Market roles—preferably in AdTech, marketplaces and e-commerce. 
  • Proven track record launching commercial products or tooling at scale
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive alignment across product and commercial teams
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members in fast-paced environments
  • High analytical capability: you work with data to drive decisions
  • Strong experience shaping analytics infrastructure: defining tracking, reporting specs, and dashboard needs for product and commercial insights
  • Excellent verbal and written  communication skills in English 
  • Comfortable with SQL; experience with Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, pragmatism, and ownership
