YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a true SQL ninja who can pair strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing data to the everyday decision making of our commercial and operational teams. Your work will also be the foundation of our long-term company-wide strategies . You’ll work closely with international and local teams, guiding them toward the metrics, analyses, and opportunities that will drive meaningful growth and operational excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive data-backed decision-making— your insights will lay the foundation for our key commercial and operational strategic plans
  • Develop dashboards and data control that will allow teams to detect underperformance quickly and execute fast
  • Establish and track key metrics that the company should follow to keep a hand on the performance pulse
  • Work with the international team to come up with new ways and products to serve both internal and external data insights
  • Propose out-of-the-box initiatives that boost various scopes (menu quality, content variety, cross-selling)
  • Provide expertise to local team, spreading technical expertise and strategic insights for enhanced analysis in a sustainable way
  • Take proactive ownership of the business projects driving end-to-end execution from analysis to implementation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • >3 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets and SQL
  • Proficiency in data storytelling, distilling complex concepts into accessible narratives, with documents and/or presentations, for audiences with diverse backgrounds.
  • A hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
  • Good fundamental Python for analytics knowledge (pandas, visualization libraries, and basic understanding of ML and statistics) is a plus
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is a must
