YOUR MISSION
As the Finance Transformation Lead, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technology that power our Finance organization.You’ll act as the bridge between Finance Operations, Business, and Technology, ensuring that our ERP, automation tools, and data platforms work together as a cohesive, scalable, and insight-driven ecosystem.
This role goes beyond process management — it’s about building finance platforms as products, driving automation, improving internal experience, and unlocking value through technology. You’ll manage the lifecycle of finance systems (from discovery to delivery), ensuring every enhancement or feature release delivers measurable business impact.
THE JOURNEY
- Own the Finance Systems and Transformation roadmap — define vision, prioritize initiatives by value,, and align delivery with Finance strategy and transformation goals.
- Lead the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, maintaining a value-driven backlog and coordinating delivery across Tech, ERP, and Automation teams.
- Partner with Finance and Business stakeholders to identify pain points and automation opportunities. Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and ERP consultants to bring solutions to life.
- Ensure alignment across Finance Ops, Tax, Controlling, PMO, and engineering teams.
- Promote a platform mindset: reusable components, templates, and standardized tools.
- Measure value and performance, tracking automation, efficiency, and data consistency across Finance systems.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 5+ years in Finance Systems, Finance Product, Process Optimization or Finance Transformation.
- Experience with Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Tax, or FP&A). Ability to translate finance process pain points into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Strong value framing and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset — able to define and track KPIs tied to value creation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence across Finance and Tech.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in a product-led organization or building internal tools or platforms.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Python, UiPath) and data tools (Power BI, SQL, Celonis).
- Nice-to-have: Experience in a scale-up environment or high-growth tech company.
