Overview
Glovo Morocco is entering a new phase of growth and complexity. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to sit within the Strategy & Finance team and work directly with the head of Finance & Strategy, the General Manager and the overall leadership team to drive our most critical cross-functional projects, ensure disciplined execution of the country masterplan, and preserve context across teams.
If you love owning complex, transversal projects end-to-end, turning chaos into structure, and using data to help a business move faster and smarter, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Special projects & strategic initiatives
- Lead 2–3 high-impact, cross-functional projects per quarter (e.g.regulatory topics, new business, strategic country bets, urgent deep dives…)
- Design project charters, timelines, governance, and success metrics; keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable
- Act as the single point of contact and “context owner” for these projects, ensuring decisions and learnings are documented and reused
Country performance management rhythm
- Own the preparation and coordination of Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and other leadership routines
- Consolidate input from all verticals (Ops, Commercial, CX, Growth, Finance, People, Focus Regions, Ads, etc.) into clear, concise performance packs
- Track action items and follow-ups across teams, ensuring owners, deadlines, and progress are always visible
Masterplan & execution tracking
- Maintain an independent view on masterplan execution and country priorities
- Track progress against North Stars and input KPIs, flag risks early, and propose course corrections mid-quarter
- Challenge teams’ updates with data and structured thinking, helping the leadership team focus on what truly moves the needle
Analytical depth & insight generation
- Drive analytical deep dives on country-level questions (e.g. profitability levers, city performance, operational bottlenecks)
- Translate complex analysis into simple, executive-ready narratives for local leadership and HQ
- Build and maintain lightweight models and dashboards to support decision-making
High-visibility documents & stakeholder communication
- Prepare high-quality documents, memos, and presentations for external & internal stakeholders
- Ensure message consistency and data accuracy across all the strategic documents
Who you are
- 4-6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech, or similar environments
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect P&L, operations, and customer experience
- Exceptional analytical skills; comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, basic modeling) and translating insights into action
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complexity into crisp narratives and executive-ready documents
- High ownership and bias for action; you don’t wait for perfect information to move forward, but you’re disciplined about documenting and de-risking decisions
- Strong stakeholder management; able to align and challenge senior leaders, while building trust with different teams
- Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience in marketplaces, delivery, fintech, or other multi-stakeholder businesses is a plus
Comfortable working in Casablanca with a hybrid/office-based setup, and occasionally travelling within Morocco
What we offer

- A high-visibility role working directly with the General Manager and leadership team
