YOUR MISSION

As a Creative Design & Content Specialist in the Growth & CRM team, your mission is to bring Glovo’s rider communications to life — visually and verbally. You’ll design and craft creative campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire our rider community across multiple touchpoints: in-app, online, and offline.

You’ll collaborate closely with CRM Specialists, the Data Automation & CRM Growth Analyst, and the Performance Marketing team to design, write, and test impactful creatives that drive activation, conversion, and retention. From lifecycle messages and onboarding journeys to paid social campaigns and local activations, you’ll ensure every piece of communication feels coherent, data-driven, and on-brand.

This role is perfect for someone who’s creative yet analytical, hands-on yet strategic, and eager to blend design, content, and experimentation to make our Growth engine stronger.

THE JOURNEY

  • Design and produce multi-channel creative campaigns across in-app, CRM, social media, and offline touchpoints — from visuals to layouts to templates.
  • Collaborate with the Growth, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure all creatives align with business goals and brand tone.
  • Support with content creation and copywriting, adapting messages and headlines to each channel and audience.
  • Work on performance marketing campaigns, designing assets for paid social, display, and digital acquisition with a focus on clarity, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Co-create and iterate A/B test variants with CRM & Data Automation teams, analyzing results to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
  • Contribute to in-app content and experience design, ensuring our rider-facing screens are visually cohesive and intuitive.
  • Design creative assets for offline rider engagement, such as print materials, local event visuals, and field activations.
  • Leverage AI and creative automation tools (e.g., Midjourney, or Gemini) to accelerate design and content production.
  • Champion Glovo’s rider brand identity, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact across every campaign and communication.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A compelling online portfolio showcasing graphic design, marketing, advertising, and user-centered design solutions is REQUIRED. 
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or creative marketing, 
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar design tools)  
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or landing page template adaptation.
  • Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns — especially in-app, digital/web & social media.
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills, with an ability to craft messages that convert, when needed.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset: you love collaborating, testing, and finding new ways to tell stories.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally (e.g: ops teams, CRM specialists, data & automation, and performance teams).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with Growth, CRM, or performance marketing teams.
  • Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, or Gemini) to ideate and speed up production.
  • Basic copywriting or UX writing experience to craft short, impactful content for CRM and digital channels.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing design principles (e.g., ad creative testing, CTR optimization, visual hierarchy).
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, tech or marketplace environment, especially one with a strong brand voice.
