YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst for the Africa region, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence through data accuracy, process optimization, and local team enablement. You will ensure that performance KPIs are tracked, analyzed, and improved through high-quality data insights, reporting tools and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies, and exceptional communication skills to align local, regional and global stakeholders.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of operational data across the Africa region.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify insights and actions that improve key KPIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for performance visibility.
  • Act as the main data point of contact  for the regional Partner Operations team.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and models to strengthen decision-making capabilities.
  • Lead deep-dives into operational data to identify root causes and improvement levers.
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities using quantitative analysis and A/B testing.
  • Design and deliver data-focused onboarding and training sessions for local teams.
  • Empower local teams to operate independently through enablement and analytical upskilling.
  • Standardize and streamline reporting and performance management processes across countries.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to align on data and operational priorities.
  • Serve as a bridge between product, data, and operations teams to enhance visibility and efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and structured reporting.
  • Build optimization processes to tailor operational setups for each market.
  • Promote a data-driven culture across the region to improve efficiency, quality, and autonomy.
  • Travel regularly across countries in the region to shadow local operations, identify pain points, and collaborate with teams on data-driven solutions and process improvements.

YOU HAVE:

  • Passion about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Proficient in SQL 
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Data Studio & Qlikview
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • University degree in a relevant field (economics, mathematics, organizational sciences and similar).
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles. Experience in Logistics would be a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Capable of executing tasks quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Very Hands-on, willingness to get hands dirty, go on the field and support all verticals of the company.
  • Experience in KPIs tracking and creation and optimization expertise
