YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for building and developing partnerships with restaurants and growing their number on the platform while leading your team to deliver sales and growth targets.

THE JOURNEY

This role combines strategic leadership, team management, and data-driven decision-making to achieve market and commercial success.

  • Oversee directly multiple areas of responsibility: sales, partnerships, monetization, etc.
  • Analyze business / financial data to take key decisions for commercial in the country
  • Lead a team of 5 individuals and lead your direct and indirect team to greatness - hire top talents, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals
  • Drive, structure, analyze and channel daily work and information with local Commercial Managers - setting goals, delegating, and supervising the team’s performance
  • Develop and execute the long term commercial growth strategy in Montenego, focusing on building lasting and sustainable partnerships, as well as increasing the number of active partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing account management and sales teams, ensuring continuous training, performance improvement, and clear development paths.
  • Guide the local commercial teams in order to achieve sales and account management targets and maintain good relationships with our partners
  • Work with a cross-functional team (marketing, operations, finance) to achieve quick & quality execution of goals and strategy
  • Get into details, deep-dive and problem solve. You will make things happen together with your team
  • Lead project implementation and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in top restaurants
  • Collaborate with colleagues to learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Lead negotiations and secure partnerships with high-value accounts in alignment with company goals.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least  5 years of relevant  experience in managing high-performance commercial team
  • Previous work experience in a high-demanding environment is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change and manage stakeholders
  • You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding. Problem solving skills are your forte
  • You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
  • You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • You are always respectful, kind and fair
  • Local Language and English full professional proficiency
