YOUR MISSION
Support the Customer Lifecycle team in driving user engagement and retention across multiple countries by setting up and executing CRM campaigns with precision, collaborating with stakeholders from different markets, and growing your technical expertise in tools like Braze.
THE JOURNEY
Support senior analysts in developing and executing lifecycle strategies focused on retention and customer engagement.
Take a hands-on role in setting up campaigns in Braze (targeting, journeys, A/B tests, personalization, QA, scheduling, and delivery).
Own smaller projects such as campaign optimizations or user journey improvements, while supporting larger strategic initiatives.
Learn and apply best practices in campaign performance tracking and reporting, using Looker Studio or Google Sheets to interpret data and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different countries and functions (Growth, Product, Design, Data) to ensure campaigns are aligned with local and global goals.
Continuously learn new tools, technical setups, and processes in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or a related field (internships and entry-level roles are valued).
- Curiosity and willingness to learn marketing automation tools (Braze knowledge is a big plus).
- A hands-on attitude and eagerness to get into the technical side of campaign setup.
- Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, pivot tables is a plus).
- An analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage your own smaller projects.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous experience with CRM tools (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, or Python.
- Advanced knowledge in Google Sheets.
- Experience in tech companies, startups, or international environments.
- Interest in technical setups, developments and building logic flows.
