YOUR MISSION
Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city, making it more convenient and easy than ever.
Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Groceries Vertical in Poland that consists of top MFC & discounters. Analyze partners operational performance, support account managers in daily tasks, and own new stores expansion processes. Make shopping via Glovo app a real and convenient alternative to visiting the stores.
THE JOURNEY
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner meetings and business reviews).
- Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs, set up stores in the Sales Force, and amend data in the system. Track and report performance metrics.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you know how to influence and build long-term relationships.
- You’re comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.
- Experience in Sales, Account Management environment and/or Business Consultancy - is a plus!
- You’re comfortable reaching out to partners, making calls, and pitching solutions.
- You have Polish proficiency and a very good command of English.
