YOUR MISSION
As a Q-Commerce Account Manager, you will play a key role in Glovo’s AM Q-Commerce team. You will directly manage relationships with our top partners, driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic marketing plans. You’ll work closely with leading Q-Commerce players in the Groceries and Retail verticals — including supermarkets and retail stores from which we deliver everyday essentials at speed, making everything accessible within minutes across Yerevan.

THE JOURNEY
- Build strong, long-term relationships with supermarkets and retail stores through consistent and proactive communication, understanding partner needs, and driving engagement (including partner meetings and business reviews; Salesforce will be your tool of choice).
- Design and implement strategic plans to drive partner growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization (e.g., item performance, AOV, conversion rate, cross-sell/upsell).
- Support partners with technical integrations and emergency resolutions, ensuring regular updates and seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure best-in-class content and become the partner’s preferred delivery platform by securing preferred partnerships and aligning on long-term marketing roadmaps.
- Increase Glovo’s revenue via commission negotiations, AOV improvements, and margin expansion initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate and report on portfolio performance and KPIs. Be proactive and data-driven in identifying improvement opportunities.
- Hold regular partner check-ins and performance reviews to drive partner success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, regional Q-Commerce teams, and HQ to deliver the best service experience to your partners.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 1+ year of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy, ideally in FMCG, IT or on-demand delivery.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to challenges and changes quickly.
- Strong ownership mindset: able to independently manage accounts from A to Z.
- Experience delivering business presentations and sales negotiations.
- Ability to see both the strategic big picture and dive into data to inform decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive); Salesforce and Looker are a plus.
- Excellent command of Armenian and English; Russian is a plus.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
- Analytical, solutions-oriented, and data-driven.
