YOUR MISSION

As a Specialties Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with key specialty store partners. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our partners thrive on the Glovo platform.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own the full commercial cycle of specialty grocery partners — from prospecting and onboarding to engagement and long-term development.
  • Identify and sign new specialty partners to expand Glovo’s catalog and strengthen our market position.
  • Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with partners through regular communication, business reviews, and tailored strategies.
  • Analyze partner performance, build action plans, and drive monthly growth via KPIs like AOV, conversion rate, cancellations, prep time, and cross/upselling.
  • Optimize Glovo’s revenue via commission structure reviews and promotional planning.
  • Ensure high-quality content and operational excellence (stock accuracy, menu updates, preparation time, etc.).
  • Launch marketing activations and negotiate campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, tech) to improve processes, user experience, and partner success.
  • Build and manage reports to track your portfolio’s performance and reach company OKRs.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and local insights to inform your strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2+ years in Account Management, Business Development, or Consultancy (experience in FMCG or retail is a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset – you love working with data and drawing insights.
  • Proven commercial acumen – you can influence, negotiate, and build value-based partnerships.
  • Strategic and problem-solving skills – you don’t just manage accounts, you make them grow.
  • Results-driven with a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit – you get things done with limited resources.
  • Passion for startups, technology, and transforming how people shop.
  • Fluency in French and English (other local languages are a plus).
  • An empathetic, curious, and inclusive mindset – a true team player.
