YOUR MISSION: You will manage key Partner relationships, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence through strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Become a key member of the Glovo Brands Ads team in Poland, focusing on collaborating closely with Media Houses and Media Agencies building profitable partnerships showing Glovo Retail Media a valuable investment opportunity for their clients.

THE JOURNEY

  • Have full responsibility of Media Houses and Agencies accounts, identify specific needs, proactively create offers, pitch, and execute plans.
  • Driving incremental profit and sales of Glovo advertising products through cooperation with media houses and agencies.
  • Define and pursue the long-term strategy for accounts through retail media assets and assure new assets adoption in accordance with HQ guidelines.
  • Become an expert on the brand and the agencies assigned. Able to create a pipeline and communications/proposals for top seasonality.
  • Work closely with the Brands Ads Manager as well as the Q-commerce Team to execute top-in-class campaigns with the highest quality.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, assessing the impact on Brands and Glovo's overall performance.
  • Track Brands' progress, meet targets, and identify new opportunities.
  • Create success stories and share best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3-4 years of experience in selling/buying media assets, preferably digital assets
  • Experience in account management, preferably FMCG accounts
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tackling complex business challenges.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, including tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.
  • Fluent in Polish and Englis
