YOUR MISSION: You’ll build relationships with new restaurant partners in your area, improving our proposition for customers, identifying ways to continue our fast growth, and creating a pipeline by signing up local stores around the city.
THE RIDE:
- Leverage prospecting abilities and industry connections to forge meaningful partnerships with leading restaurant partners.
- Lead contract negotiations to create a solid foundation for collaboration with restaurant partners, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable business terms.
- Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is as quick, efficient and smooth as possible
- Monitor and evaluate the restaurants' performance during their first 30 days.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis. Be aware of emerging restaurants and the ones customers prefer.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:
- 1+ years hands-on sales experience. Key contacts in the industry is a plus.
- Outstanding listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
- You are a well-organized individual with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident in achieving monthly targets.
