We are looking for a passionate, strategic and talented problem-solver to lead our global team of brand graphic and motions designers and shape Glovo’s brand identity and consistency in markets, elevating our creative work.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Lead a team of brand graphic and motions designers to develop top notch assets across all regions and markets
  • Inspire this team of +10 people to be the best in the industry and raise the bar
  • Help the design team convert concept ideas into effective communication assets that can be executed across different media channels.
  • Refine and maintain Glovo’s visual brand identity
  • Improve the brand recognition through all marketing materials ( OOH, OLV, Performance assets)
  • Build and maintain brand excellence, consistency and alignment across regions, audiences and touch points. 
  • Develop conceptual ideas, leading and driving the creative process from brief to delivery. 
  • Ensure operational excellence across the team by keeping a high sense of priority 
  • Collaborate with other departments across the company to ensure that the Glovo identity, graphics, illustrations, and other visual representations of the brand play a considered role in all projects. Especially with Product design.
  • Build a strong relationship with other HQ stakeholders (Performance, CRM and Comms Managers) as well as regional teams to understand business and country needs
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the brand design field
  • Proven experience as Design Leader or  Art Director in a digital company, ideally in an app (portfolio will be required)
  • Diverse and well-rounded skill-sets across graphic and video assets
  • Strategic thinking & capacity to translate briefs into inspiring creative direction
  • Possesses planning skills and a proven ability to direct and motivate creative teams, producing informative, elevated assets
  • Being able to inspire radical ideas and set clear directions
  • Previous experience managing and inspiring creative teams
  • Previous experience designing and leading creative concepts for different digital channels following best practices
  • Must be a good communicator and be able to pitch, persuade and collaborate with high-level stakeholders
  • A huge sense of business logic to make the best decisions for the company
  • Passionate and highly motivated for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Audiovisual Communication or equivalent
  • Proficient in English
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
